Signature West
(all levels)
All levels are welcome to take our Signature West class! Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing Pilates for years, each class will incorporate movements for all levels. You can expect a full body workout with a focus on form and flow.
AAA
(intermediate)
This class focuses on the three A's - abs, arms, and a**! In our AAA class, we add an Athletic spin to our signature reformer class. You can expect a circuit style flow that incorporates a variety of equipment including hand weights, magic circle, Pilates ball, and more.
Signature Jump
(intermediate)
This class adds high intensity to our signature low impact movements by adding a jumpboard to one end of the reformer.
Focus on form with quick movements as you train your body to maintain stability and balance with this fast-paced cardio flow.
