When I first started teaching classes, I built a community through teaching $5 classes while I completed my certification. I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of this community!

In honor of those $5 classes, each class will be available for $5 during my first week open - limit one class/person during this week AND purchasing a $5 class does not exclude you from purchasing the intro offer.

The proceeds from this week will be donated to Girls on the Run, a non-profit that offers programs and mentorship designed to give girls the physical and emotional support they need to uncover their value and how they can confidently thrive.
